You can include additional information about your Sponsorships in this section. 

For each of your Sponsorship levels, you can designate the tax-deductibility status to individual items. Options include, Tax-deductible (you can set this to 100% of another percentage), Not Tax-Deductible, or set a Fair Market Value.

You can also cap the quantity of each Sponsorship level to ensure you don't oversell. 

Sponsors must go through this screen and choose the select button below to proceed to the next screen where the Sponsorship levels are displayed. We do not have a way to bypass this screen and are unable to change the button descriptor that says "Select" to another descriptor. 

If you would prefer to remove the "No Sponsorship - I would just like to donate option" shown at the top of the screen, this option can be turned off.
