Once payment is for each event is received, the STN Team will review to ensure all vendors meet requirements.
If unable to accommodate, a refund will be issued within 5 business days. Vendors will receive an automated email upon receipt of payment. Please expect a follow-up email from the STN Team within 5 business days with acceptance for the selected event.
A detailed event email will be sent within one month of the event date, followed by a final email the week of the event date with the final event map attached.
