Join us at Hickory Cabin in beautiful Briggs Woods Park for a relaxing, rewarding weekend. The practice of illumination offers an exciting way to engage with the written word while being present and mindful.
Join us in the woods while we enjoy the poetry and prose of some of America’s greatest nature writers while learning tips and tricks for our own personal journals.
Then we will play with a host of materials, tools, and techniques to “illuminate” our work. This workshop will be restorative and engaging! Participants will receive a hand-made, Coptic bound journal as well as other supplies.
