We are looking for Game-Day volunteers. Your assistance helps so much at our games. Below are the volunteer positions we need to have filled. Please sign up for what you can. We truly appreciate your help!
There are 3 volunteer positions available for each game. You may sign up for more than one position per game. And, you are more than welcome to sign up for multiple games.
Most games will be played at the Grand Traverse Civic Center, Fields 2 and 3. A couple of games will be double headers so please take note of the times for those. At least one game will be played at Blair Township Baseball Fields, again, please read descriptions.
PRE-GAME
BEFORE GAME (arrive 9:15 am)
-Prepping field
-Unpacking equipment
-Help setting up dugouts
POST-GAME
AFTER GAME (10-15 minutes after game ends)
-Field Clean up
-Packing up equipment
-Make sure dugouts are cleaned up
PLAYER ASSISTANT (arrive 9:30 am)
-Help players in the field by directing them to their position, gameplay, and what action should be taken.
-Encourage players to do tasks on their own.
-Aid with running bases.
