Relational Life Foundation (RLF) is committed to creating a culture of belonging. We are thrilled about our exciting, new partnership with Black Therapists Rock! (BTR).  Our organization is connecting with BTR's Founder, Deran Young, who joins us as a dedicated Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Consultant.

Together, we will work tirelessly to educate conscious, empathic, thoughtful leaders across both Relational Life Foundation and Relational Life Institute's executive teams, faculty, staff, therapists, and community members. 

Through training with Deran and her team of DEIB specialists, we will be capable of thoughtfully advancing our mission to bring RLT tools and support to a diverse range of financially and socially disadvantaged parts of the population.  Your gift will contribute toward costs for taking on this transformational project!

Everyone deserves to receive the relational tools needed to forge meaningful connections, regardless of financial means. Relational Life Foundation provides a list of RLT certified therapists who are willing to offer their services at a reduced rate. This contribution will offset the cost for one couple to receive sliding scale RLT therapy for 4 sessions.

Help this growing Foundation share our story through videography. Your gift will be used toward funding a video project to help communicate our vision and impact, promote our programs, and fundraise for greater support.

Relational Life Foundation offers a quarterly 'Community Conversation Series'.  Presented virtually, speakers and panelists feature discussions on RLT as they relate to the topics of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion.  There are many aspects involved in producing this series. Your contribution will go toward supporting the costs of American Sign Language interpreters, technical support and program management.

Relational Life Foundation is conducting research on the RLT model, with the goal of validating its effectiveness. Your gift will contribute to our efforts to raise RLT's profile while paving the way for dissemination of the RLT model.

Relational Life Foundation is continuously growing and expanding our programs. Your gift assists us in employing additional team members to address our increasing need for management.

Relational Life Foundation offers an essential skills workshop taught specifically for under-resourced individuals and couples. Your gift helps to allow an individual in financial distress to attend a 2-day in-person Relationship Bootcamp workshop led by an RLT Certified Bootcamp instructor, along with a DEI-trained, RLT practitioner of color.
