Hi, my name is Jackie, and I am the creator of this book. I'm 7 years old, and just like all kids, I struggle with following the rules. Sometimes it's just too many. Other times it's too hard. Then there are times were I just want to do my own thing.

This book was my idea, but I had help from my mommy. My mom's name is Ebony Jae, and she is a Licensed Independent Social worker. My mom works with all types of people through therapeutic ways of helping them be their best selves. I'll share what i think, and we will help teach you and the grown-ups helping you how to apply Social-Emotional Skills (SEL) to your everyday life.
