Shared bathroom. Private bedroom. Linens included (blanket, pillow, sheets, washcloth and bath towel).

Unless otherwise specified 3:00 p.m. Check in will be at the designated HRL Desk, as specified by HRL. Participants are required to sign out their assigned access card and key with HRL staff.
All guests over the age of 18 must show photo identification at check-in.
CHECK OUT: 12:00 PM
LOST KEY CHARGE $75.00 (per key)
Check-out will be at the designated HRL Desk, as specified by HRL. All checkouts will be considered “Express Check-Outs” where Participants are required to sign in their assigned access card and key with HRL staff. All keys and cards must be returned in the original manner in which they were issued to Participants, unless other arrangements have been made prior to Reservation Start Date with HRL. Failure to return keys in their original manner may result in additional fees.
Rooms requiring excessive cleaning upon the departure of guests will be assessed a $100.00 minimum fee. All damage charges will be determined at the sole discretion of HRL.
By making this reservation and payment you are agreeing to any and all policies set by GMU HRL.
