Responsibilities of our Fosters:

1. Vet visits are the financial responsibility of the rescue; therefore, notify us immediately if your foster gets sick or hurt. The account will be under GODR.

2. Please notify GODR if you plan a vacation so we can make arrangements.

3. Medical paperwork will be the property of GODR until the dog is fully adopted. At that point, all medical papers will be turned over to the adopter.

4. We expect monthly updates on the dog with a phone call, photos or home visit

5. Thank you for working with us. We truly appreciate you and look forward to a continued relationship and sharing the common goal to save dogs.

6. A Pet Foster Caregiver, never has first dibs depending on the dog’s situation or status of the dog. If a dog already has people interested in it then, it will go to the interested person. In the beginning, when a person signs up to foster a dog, they need to let the agency know, at that time, that they are interested in potentially adopting, or they may lose the opportunity.

By submitting this application, I affirm that the facts set forth in it are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that if I am accepted as a foster, that I am not the rightful owner of the dog and any medical decisions/rehoming decisions will be made by Girls of Dog Rescue.
I understand that any false statements, missions, or other misrepresentations made by me on this application may result in an immediate termination of the foster contract and the foster dog to be returned. Girls of Dog Rescueshall be held harmless from and against any and all claims and damages of every kind, for injury to any person or persons and for damage to or loss of property, arising out of or attributed to, directly or indirectly, the operations or performance of the above-named volunteer (foster) under this agreement, including claims and damages arising in whole or part from your negligence for the foster of _______. I agree to notify Girls of Dog Rescue of any injuries such as illness, escapes, injuries or any concerns pertaining to my foster as soon as possible.
