The Orthodox Young Adults League Conference is taking place in Cleveland this October and reached out to Forget-Me-Not Baskets to do a service project. The service project will take place on Saturday October 8th at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown from 12pm-1pm. We will leave from the Forget-Me-Not Baskets office at approx. 10am and drive together to Cleveland, most likely in 2 cars. Each volunteer will have a specific assembly job to distribute and manage. There will be 400 young adults assembling items for one hour. We have a goal of assembling 7,500 items during that time. This will be a big, fast and exciting hour for all involved. After the assembly hour, we will go to lunch (lunch will be provided) and head back to Wooster around 3pm. If you need to leave earlier, you can drive yourself. You will be trained the morning of the event.
You must be 20+ years old to attend.
You must arrive on time.
You must be able to stand and move around (quickly at times) for 1.5 hours.
You must be able to talk and instruct your group, manage your volunteers.
