Event Volunteer

Shift 1 - 8:30AM - 1:00PM

Vital volunteer role to set-up Schenley Plaza including setting up stations, assembling yard games, putting up signs, and ensuring the event is ready for guests prior to arrival.


Once the event begins, this volunteer role could include areas like registration, working the merchandise table, managing the basket raffle, selling raffle and 50/50 tickets, running yard games, managing hospitality tents, working with vendors like face-painters and balloon artists, event specialist with mascots, and so much more. Shift 2 - 12:00PM-4:30PM

This volunteer role at Schenley Plaza could include areas like registration, working the merchandise table, managing the basket raffle, selling raffle and 50/50 tickets, running yard games, managing hospitality tents, working with vendors like face-painters and balloon artists, event specialist with mascots, being cheerleaders along the walk route, assisting families on the walk, and so much more. 


When the event concludes, this volunteer will physically assist raffle winners and take baskets to vehicles, will retrieve items along the walk route, and general event clean-up. RSVP by 10/8/23.
