Food vendor policy: Friday night October 15 we will be securing Food Trucks or Food Vendors for the event. Space is limited. Vending on Saturday October 16 is separate (restrictions applied), and vendors will sell food to attendees at their own prices for cash. Vendors selling food must complete a City of Hartford Temporary Food Vendor permit, unless they posses a Hartford Food license. This permit costs $25, which will be collected and submitted by the organizers. **

Food vendor policy: Vending on Saturday is separate, and vendors will sell food to attendees at their own prices for cash. Vendors selling food must complete a City of Hartford Temporary Food Vendor permit, unless they posses a Hartford Food license. This permit costs $25, which will be collected and submitted by the organizers (if you vend food both on Friday and Saturday, you only need to complete this permit once.) *Note: There is a chance that vendors signed up for both Friday and Saturday may have to move their set up for Saturday. 10 x 10 NON Food Vendor Saturday = $500 (Friday is optional and included)

12 x 12 NON Food Vendor Saturday = $600 (Friday is optional and included)

20 x 10 NON Food Vendor Saturday = $750 (friday is optional and included)

All vendors will receive 4 access-only passes. These are to gain entry to the venue only, they do not include food or drink. Vendors will receive 2 free full-event (includes food and drink) passes to the event with their vendor payment. If the vendor wishes to purchase additional full-event passes (up to 4), at a 50% discount for the date they are vending, they may do so in advance only. No discounted vendor event passes will be sold on the day/s of the event. Please contact us for purchase information. Hartford Rib Off, Inc., KCBS, including its officers, sponsors and/or associates and the contestants, including parents, and/or legal representatives, agree that the Hartford Rib Off, Inc., KCBS, will in no case be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury regardless of how much loss, damage, or injury is occasioned, and indemnify and save harmless The Hartford Rib Off, Inc., KCBS from any and all claims, suits, and/or judgments including the cost for defense of and such claim and/or suit by the Hartford Rib Off, Inc., KCBS brought by anyone as a result of any loss, damage, or injury to any person or property, occasioned by any action or inaction of contestant, either solely or in conjunction with the Hartford Rib Off, Inc., or KCBS. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the Hartford Rib Off, Inc., KCBS and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of the event for any legitimate purpose.
