About Help Me Get Kids Outside on Bikes!

There’s nothing like turning 60 in the middle of a pandemic to get you thinking about supporting others. That’s why I decided to celebrate my next trip around the sun by raising money as I train for the infamous Death Ride on July 17th. Think 103 miles, six mountain passes, 14,000 feet of climbing, and 14.5 hours to cross the finish line.

Every dollar (or thousands of dollars!) that I raise will go directly to Trips for Kids Marin. This wonderful organization provides transformative cycling experiences for underserved youth right here in Marin. The mission is to build self-esteem, inspire healthy lifestyles, and foster environmental awareness. Now that’s something to celebrate!

Every mile I pedal is a chance to support this awesome cause. Will you support me—and cheer me on—as I train for this big summer challenge?

Here are two ways to get involved:

1) Sponsor me with a dollar-per-mile donation. Click here to fill out the pledge form.
or 2) Donate any amount you wish —just click the donate button below!
