About Swim Team Dad Father's Day Ride

6th Annual Swim Team Dads Annual Father’s Day Ride 2021

Sunday, June 20th, 2021

Since at least 2015, the Swim Team Dads (“STDs” – It’s ok, we’re vaccinated!) have gathered in Loudon County each morning on Father’s Day to ride a scenic course which includes challenging climbs at the start (Stumptown Road) and near the end (Taylorstown Road). The STDs raise money throughout the year and provide thousands of dollars annually to local charities in Northern Virginia (For more about the STDs, please visit our site at http://www.swimteamdads.org).    We are a supported and fiscally sponsored CORE Cause through the CORE Foundation,

a 501(c)3, EIN #20-5997764.

Through the years we’ve included other friends, our own children, and anyone else who wants to tag along in this event. This year’s  registration fee will be used to pay for your T-shirt and the remaining amounts will be donated to the Fairfax County (Reston) YMCA and CORE Foundation.
