Join E Street Band member, The Sopranos actor, and New Jersey son Stevie Van Zandt for an unforgettable conversation about his memoir Unrequited Infatuations on Sunday, October 3 at 5 p.m. (EST). Stevie will be live in-person and chatting with broadcast journalist and current news anchor at 1010 WINS Radio Budd Mishkin .
Unrequited Infatuations chronicles the twists and turns of Stevie Van Zandt’s surprising life, from his time with the E Street Band, anti-apartheid activism, and acting on The Sopranos through his devotion to preserving access to the arts with his groundbreaking radio show (Underground Garage), independent record label (Wicked Cool), and curriculum to teach students of all ages through the medium of music history.

Tickets to hear Stevie in person cost $40 and include a signed copy of the book Unrequited Infatuations (value $31). VIP tickets ($100) include VIP seating, VIP entrance, and a signed copy of the book.
This event will be held at the First Congregational Church, 40 S Fullerton Ave, Montclair – either in an open-sided tent outside the church or inside The Sanctuary ( tba closer to the event date). Covid-19 safety protocols will include presentation of current up-to-date Covid-19 vaccination card, social distancing between groups, restricted seating, and masks to be worn.
Books are supplied by Festival partner watchung booksellers and will be pre-signed and handed out at the event.

Stevie Van Zandt is a beloved musician, songwriter, actor, radio host, and activist. He is best known as the guitarist of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band and the lead member of Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul. He is also known for his acting work, most notably in The Sopranos (Silvio Dante) and Lilyhammer (Frank Tagliano); his radio work as the host of Little Steven's Underground Garage and creator of the first two branded music channels on Sirius XM (The Underground Garage and Outlaw Country);and his devotion to music education (the TeachRock.org music history curriculum). In 2014, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the E Street Band. He lives in Greenwich Village with his wife Maureen and Edie the dog.
Budd Mishkin has been a broadcast journalist for almost forty years. He is currently news anchor for 1010 WINS Radio. He’s interviewed countless artists and luminaries for radio and television and has created and hosted nights of conversation at venues in New York, New Jersey and beyond. He is the creator and host of "Stories from the First 60 Years," a personal narrative podcast that is now a one-man stage show. Look for his new podcast about professional and personal journeys, "Before The Cheering Started."
