Join the Metropolitan Youth Symphony as they perform their in-person concert on Sunday evening March 13, 2022 at 5:00 at the St. Charles Borromeo Convocation Hall on the Romeoville campus of Lewis University. General admission tickets are $10 each, and can be purchased online at here or at the door.

The ‘To New Beginnings’ concert will feature a full orchestra of winds and brass players after two years of being a strings-only ensemble due to Covid safety procedures.  The now 40-piece orchestra has welcomed seasoned conductor Peter Lipari to their podium. The concert program will include Academic Festival Overture by Brahms, Habanera from Carmen by Bizet, Egmont Overture by Beethoven, Theme from Swan Lake by Tchaikovsky, the first movement of Dvorak’s New World Symphony, and more.
