(The Frances Fund)

Through the generous donations of individuals, family members, caregivers, providers and businesses, the Frances Bateson Dexter Scholarship Fund celebrates one of BIAMD's founding forces to provide a limited number of scholarships to BIAMD members with brain injuries and their families.  Members with financial need wishing to attend the Annual Conference are able to come to the Annual Conference at a vastly reduced rate. If you are interested in donating to the Frances Fund to allow those less fortunate to attend, please click the Button Below.    

Criteria for Annual Conference Frances Fund Scholarships  

• Applicant must be a BIAMD member in good standing with a limited income
• Scholarship applications must be received by BIAMD by no later than May 5th, 2022.  
• Members who have never received a scholarship have priority over those individuals who have received scholarships in past years.  

Expenses Covered Under the Scholarship 

Conference registration for Thursday, May 12th, Friday May 13th, or both days.  

Meals included with the conference registration package are breakfast, lunch, and snacks.(Additional meals are not reimbursed)  

Expenses Not Covered Under the Scholarship 

•  Travel expenses  
• Hotel/lodging expenses
