We would love to help you get into the proper compression garments. Currently, we are only able to fill a one-time request for either a sleeve and glove or gauntlet set, a nighttime garment, knee-high compression stockings, OR a camisole top or bra. If you require more than one type of garment, please complete the application for only 1 type of garment to avoid your application not being processed.
