About ROMA TRAINING
Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA), a performance-based initiative, is designed to promote greater strategic planning, and while it is an innovative best-practice established through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program, it is also pertinent to the effective and accountable management of any and all community-based organizations, nonprofits and public service/governmental entities.
ROMA Trainings are currently being held both virtually through three 3-hour webinars or in person in a one day 8 hour training.
