Legally Blonde The Musical Jr. - Camp Registration

Does your student love to be in the spotlight? Come be a part of one of our 2-week intensive musical theatre camps. Our camps are open to all levels of experience and interests. Performers are immersed in an intense, fun endeavor to build an entire show using teamwork while expanding their skills.  At camp’s end, students will perform in a full production (costumes, makeup, set, lighting) for family and friends. Performers will be challenged to master complex music, choreography and follow professional direction. Legally Blonde Jr. is open to students in Grades 9-12 from the Greater Cincinnati Area.  Rising 9th graders are welcome to participate in Legally Blonde Jr. and could even choose to participate in Matilda Jr. if they are interested.

The show's instantly recognizable songs are filled with humor, wit and sass — leaving cast members and audiences alike seeing pink!

Legally Blonde JR. follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes, snobbery and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. When Elle's boyfriend, Warner, dumps her and heads to Harvard, claiming she's not "serious" enough, Elle takes matters into her own hands, crafting a showy song-and-dance personal essay and charming her way into law school. Befriending classmate, Emmett, and spunky hairdresser, Paulette, along the way, Elle finds that books and looks aren't mutually exclusive.  As Elle begins outsmarting her peers, she realizes that law may be her natural calling after all.
