Theme: Cultivating Happiness
Please join the Anacortes Mindfulness Community for a morning of happiness.
Thich Nhat Hanh wrote that happiness is here and now, so let’s gather to learn and deepen practices that make us happy right here in the present moment.
The schedule will allow for both shared contemplation and time away from the screen:
Where: The Zoom links will be emailed to registered participants, so be sure to check your registration receipt for the Zoom link.
You will need a computer, tablet, or phone, and an internet connection.
Who: All are welcome. No prior study or experience is required.
Cost: $25 suggested donation. All are welcome regardless of your ability to pay, so if you wish to attend but are unable to pay, please contact us. The practice of generosity (Dana) is the traditional Buddhist way of supporting our Sangha and teachers.
