In 2013 I went on a mission trip to Comayagua, Honduras and found that there is a need for education for the helpless. When a person suffers from an injury or is disabled, they are told that they will never be able to walk again or there is nothing the doctors can do. Some families are told they are being punished if they are have a child with disabilities. We wanted show these patients that they are loved and deserve quality care and respect.
Beata Margarita is our physical therapy program that seeks to help the children and adults of Comayagua, Honduras with physical therapy needs, education and mentorship. These families come to our program shunned by their community because of their disabilities and we work to give them the dignity that everyone deserves!

In the past few years, we've been blessed to support our community members Dulce and Wendy as they've studied and worked to become Physical Therapy Technicians, and to open up a therapy room in a community center in Comayagua. Thank you for contributing to these efforts! Your continued financial support will help us fund various needs, including funding Wendy's and Dulce's annual salaries, facilitating visits from physical therapists, supporting our patients' education and our program's community efforts, and building our dedicated physical therapy clinic in San Benito Medical Clinic, a local clinic run by the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal. We thank you for your prayers and God bless your for your help!
