The following document defines the agreement between Oldsmar Cares, Inc. and (Sponsor) at the 13^th Annual Oldsmar Cares Wine & Food Gala, a “Night in Paris” Ooh La La, on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center, 14301 Nine Eagles Drive, Tampa.  

• Recognize your business at the sponsorship level you have chosen, and include your logo or name, in all event advertising and promotion (emails, social media posts, press releases, etc.).
• Provide 2 bottles of wine for each table of 8 sponsor attendees.
• Include the number of Gala tickets listed below for each sponsor level.
• Include extra benefits to $5,000 and above levels, including premium seating, delivery of a sponsor gift pack ahead of the event and additional drink tickets.
• Include your business logo or name in the event program and display on main stage screens.
• Provide your business an opportunity to donate a promotional product for use by attendees of the Gala (i.e. company logo item, souvenir wine glass, wine glass charm, etc).
  

• Remit payment for sponsorship level selected by January 15, 2023, via this website or check made payable to Oldsmar Cares, P.O. Box 981, Oldsmar FL 34677.
• Provide high quality logo no later than January 22, 2023. Preferred formats are vector PDF, AI  or EPS with text converted to paths. JPG or TIFF formats are also accepted.
• If a $5,000 or above sponsor level, provide contact information for delivery of the gift pack.

All of this to support Oldsmar Cares, an all-volunteer non-profit, whose mission is to provide stop-gap rent/utility assistance, food and clothing at no cost to those in need in the greater Oldsmar area.
