About USL 2023 HOLIDAY Stateless Relief Fund

As the only organization solely dedicated to ending statelessness in the United States, we are proud to say that 2022 has been a year of milestones.

Thanks to tireless advocacy by USL and our partners, the Biden administration has made a commitment in 2021 to provide protections for stateless people in the United States for the first time in our country's history. Over the past year, we have continued to push for a follow-through, as well as to forge new partnerships with legal clinics, civil society organizations, and a wider global movement dedicated to addressing statelessness.

Most importantly, we have remained true to our mission in continuing to support the stateless community here in the United States.

During holidays, statelessness is acutely felt by the United Stateless community members, many of whom have been separated from their families for decades, or whose families here in the U.S. have been adversely affected by statelessness in other ways.

This holiday season we come together to acknowledge the profound impact that statelessness has on families. We invite you to stand in solidarity by making a donation to our recently established program - our Stateless Relief Fund (USL SRF).

USL SRF was created to provide direct humanitarian relief to stateless persons in emergency situations and is primarily focused on survival needs, like medical necessities, food, and shelter.

United Stateless is led by stateless people whose lived experiences shape everything we do. We rely on volunteer support and donors like you to make our work possible, and we ask you to consider USL for your year-end giving!
