Garnering wisdom from the Action Learning Fellowships and witnessing our dynamic changemakers navigate through their personal growth and projects inspired the inaugural Berrett-Koehler Foundation Changemaker Awards to honor and support community builders who are

co-creating a world that works for all.

We seek individuals, organizations, or communities who have not received large grants or donations and for whom a $5000 award could make a difference. Beyond the money, the award is Berrett-Koehler Foundation’s way to affirm, anchor, amplify, and energize their work.
