Fundraising Coordinator

Fundraising Coordinator’s role includes helping the fundraising officer plan and coordinate fundraising events by developing service providers for fundraising events, scheduling venues, contacting potential donors, developing advertising campaigns, and overseeing activities leading up to and at the actual fundraising events. The role may also include helping the fundraising officer with other fundraising activities like securing grants, crowdfunding, and peer-to-peer.

Digital Content Assistant
The Digital Content Assistant helps the Operations Officer receive digital content (videos, photos, etc.) from various sources and prepare them as finished products for integration into the company’s website, social media platforms, fundraising campaigns, and other marketing channels in use by the organization.

Event Volunteer 

Event Volunteers role includes helping the Fundraising Coordinator set up and execute fundraising events for the organization by approaching individuals, schools, businesses, and commercial organizations. Other activities include putting up posters or handing out flyers, manning an assigned area at the event, and much more.

Social Media Marketing Assistant

The Social Media Marketing Assistant works closely with the President/CEO, Fundraising Officer, and Chief Operation Officer (COO) to create engaging content for the organization’s social media presence and keep the social media platforms updated.
