About HAITI FOOD DRIVE
Food Sponsors
According to the World Food Program (WFP), In Haiti, nearly 5 million people are experiencing acute food insecurity. In the last year, there has been an unprecedented 30% increase in the number of severely malnourished children, 10 percent are underweight, and 66 percent of under 5 suffer from anemia, which compromises their development and leads to lifelong health issues. Getting something to eat to our students at our schools is more and more challenging due to the worldwide inflation and the socio-economic problems the country has faced since the assassination of the former president Jovenel Moise. So, during the holiday season this year, we ask that you prayerfully consider supporting our work by buying a bag of rice to feed our school children. We need 3-4 bags of rice to feed more than 300 kids every month. One bag of rice costs $50 U.S. Thank you!
