EverWALK Outside Festival Denver: Walk with Icons Diana Nyad and Bonnie Stoll

Legendary endurance athlete Diana Nyad and her coach Bonnie Stoll are set to lead a 5-mile scenic walk throughout downtown Denver the morning before Diana’s talk at the Outside Festival.

The EverWalk Story

25 million fans followed Nyad as she walked up onto a Key West beach after swimming 111 miles from Havana, Cuba, in 52 hours, 54 minutes.
Through all the grueling training, through the four previous attempts over a dedicated 35 years, Bonnie Stoll was the leader of the expedition.

A spectacular Oscar-nominated Netflix hit, NYAD, now portrays the duo’s fierce commitment to their epic crossing, starring the esteemed Annette Bening as Diana and the inimitable Jodie Foster as Bonnie.

After their historic feat in 2013, Nyad and Stoll founded EverWALK, a national movement to inspire our nation to become daily walkers. They want to share the awe for our blue jewel of a planet, the awe they experienced out on the ocean, with millions who can choose walking as the answer to their everyday physical and mental health.

Come spend some time walking shoulder to shoulder with Diana and Bonnie. Hear about their training, their “Never Ever Give Up” spirit, and some insider stories about the movie.

DIANA will be speaking later on Sunday at the Outside Festival 

at 12:45 PM inside the Denver Art Museum. 

Afterward, she will be signing copies of her memoir, Find a Way, 

at the festival grounds in Civic Center Park
