About Pioneers and Trailblazers 2024


Discover the stories of important Edina pioneers and see if you have what it takes to live on the Minnesota frontier. Against the historic backdrop of the Historic Cahill School and Minnehaha Grange Hall, this immersive camp blends history learning and skill building, teaching time-tested, practical skills within their larger historical context. Over the course of four days, campers will learn homesteading skills such as butter making, sewing, gardening, and more! Campers will also learn about Edina’s complex and diverse history, highlighting the stories of women and Black pioneers.
