The Scientists Center for Animal Welfare (SCAW) serves as an objective, credible source of information for the research community, the media, and the general public. This is done through our conferences, workshops and publications. SCAW one day workshop will provide key findings and advances in research animal welfare, explore policy and management issues related to IACUCs and develop awareness of humane care and use of agricultural animals in research.

General Information:

Preregistration is required for this meeting. The registration form must be completed and returned to SCAW by April 5, 2024The program and registration are available on the website www.scaw.com.

  

CEU Credits:

It is expected that this course will be approved for 6 hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions which recognize AAVSB RACE approval;  however, participants should be aware that some boards have limitations on the number of hours accepted in certain categories and/or restrictions on certain methods of delivery of continued education.  Call the SCAW office at 301.345.3500 for further information.
