(Registration closes at 5:00pm, December 2.)
The annual dementia education conference is a program of the Piedmont Dementia Education Committee and is designed for caregivers, both family and professional, who support those living with dementia and anyone interested in learning more about dementia. It is also for anyone in general who is interested in learning more about dementia. Dementia is a condition that affects a person's memory, cognitive function, ability to perform everyday functions, and triggers a wide variety of other challenges. The goal of the conference is to offer tools and guidance that support you in your caregiving venture. This year includes a focus on dementia research, as requested by our constituents.
If you would like to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for your attendance at this conference there is a $35 fee along with the $25 conference fee ($60 total). Please be sure to register in the group entitled "Conference Registration with CEUs" ($60).
**CEU Fee is nonrefundable and you must attend the full day to receive them. CEU certificate will be sent to the USPS mailing address you include in your registration form.
