Welcome to our 2024 Holiday Festival vendor sign up!

Our event this year is Saturday, December 7th, 2024!

Event Running from 12-9pm

Location: Verdun Adventure Bound, 17044 Adventure Bound Trail Rixeyville, VA 22701 

When registering for your spot, please note that we are expecting to have your table until at least 6pm on the date of the event, Saturday December 7th, 2024. 

Set up will start on Saturday 12/7 at 10:30am running until 11:30pm.  

You will be able to drive your car to a closer drop off location during this time, before parking your vehicle in the main lot.

Arriving after 11:30am, you will not have the opportunity to drive up for a closer drop off location. 

Must provide your own tables and chairs.

Indoor Spaces  and Outdoor Spaces are available. But each are limited!

The indoor spaces will be located in our main conference building. 

Outdoor spaces will be located in the grass field, right outside the front doors of our main conference building.

Inside: $20 registration fee

Outside: $10 registration fee- There will be lighting and warm fire barrels throughout the outdoor area for the hours later in the day, but feel free to bring extra lanterns and blankets.
