Thanks to the generosity of individuals in our community Aging Together continues to be able to support older adults and caregivers in our 5-county region through numerous initiatives and support systems. We partner closely with the Area Agency on Aging as well as other regional organizations to enhance quality of life for all who are aging, as well as to support family and professional caregivers.

This year a big focus has been on programs and resources that help the many people in our region living with dementia and those who care for them. Your donation helps expand this and many other initiatives that support older adults and align with our mission. We appreciate your gift!
