All Tustin Water Services customers can give back to our community by contributing to the Tustin Community  Foundation with a bi­monthly voluntary donation at the same time they pay their water bill.   

Water customers can sign up for as little as $1 per bill by filling out this form.  Your first donation will be made directly to TCF.  Future donations will be automatically added to your bi-monthly water bill and reserved in an account that will be paid directly to the Foundation.
