We invite you to join us in resetting our neurological systems through a consistent practice of Yoga. The breath and posture practices of yoga help our bodies remember the rhythms of breath, work and rest. Learning to keep our focus on our own process or mentally "staying on our mat" helps identify what we need and develop healthy boundaries. Our instructors Meredith and Carrie Ann are excellent guides for your journey. If this is your first time to participate with Living Aspen you must complete the Intake Form before you begin attending.
