Because vocational training is such an important part of moving students from sponsored school children to employed Haitian adults, CARHA is establishing a vocational school, Grace Professional School (GPS). GPS will be a professional trade school offering courses in electric and mechanic engineering, art, baking, engineering, sewing, carpentry and ESL learning. This school will be open to teenagers and adults from all over the Gonaïves area. Informal apprenticeships are happening now through local tradesmen and visiting mission team members.

The cost to build GPS is currently $52,000 with a little over $5,000 raised so far, but we know God can move mountains!
