The ELP Alumni Network is a community of practice open to past attendees of the CVNL's Excellence in Leadership Program (ELP). Alumni of the ELP, who naturally share interest and passion for effective nonprofit leadership and management, come together regularly to keep building expertise and knowledge on what has been formally taught during the ELP.
Through interaction, sharing of experiences, and joint problem solving ELP alumni are able to deepen their understandings, and have an opportunity for continuing learning and peer coaching. Attendees strengthen existing bonds created during their ELP cohorts and create new ones with like-minded leaders from other cohorts.
The ELP Alumni Network meetings produce understandings and useful resources that can positively impact attendees' practice and can be shared with other leaders in the community through occasional online publications in the blog post series "Lessons from the ELP Alumni Network" (like our first one on Strategies to enable a Proactive Mode).
All past ELP attendees are welcome to join the Network!
