About Effective Post-Pandemic Workplace Communication

How do you build teams that are cohesive, resilient, and efficient? How can you foster the creativity and collaboration that are crucial to the bottom line? How can you encourage the relationships and trust that are so necessary when times get tough?

Communication is key. For 30 years, Essential Partners has helped business and nonprofits build healthy, effective, inclusive cultures of communication—practices that encourage cohesion, resilience, creativity, and innovation.

In this online training, an Essential Partners expert will provide communication tools that managers, directors, and human resource officers can implement to improve their workplace culture, both in person and in this post-pandemic virtual environment. Participants will have the chance to name challenges they face and to apply EP’s framework to meet their specific needs.

The first hour of this online workshop will feature instructor-led learning, modeling of the tools, and an outline of EP’s larger framework. Instruction will be followed by a 30-minute breakout working group session, so participants can think together about how they’ll use these new tools.

As a result of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the pain points in their organization’s communication culture
  • Deploy EP’s tools to interrupt negative cycles
  • Foster more cohesive, innovative, inclusive, effective teams
  • Build constructive, efficient communication systems for teams (virtually and in-person)

Who might participate:

  • Human Resource Officers
  • Equity and Diversity Officers
  • C-Suite Executives
  • Managers
  • Nonprofit Directors
  • Communication Directors

By thinking strategically about organizational culture change, Essential Partners can help ensure success in a post-pandemic world, whether work takes place in-person, virtually, or a bit of both.
