Through the STEP UP GEM Program you will join a unique group of donors who make monthly contributions to STEP UP. By giving monthly, you spread your gift throughout the year and make an even bigger impact on the youth we inspire. Whatever your monthly gift, it accumulates to helping more youth. Plus, signing up is easy! A monthly gift of ANY AMOUNT qualifies you for our GEM program. A donation every month really adds up - just $25 a month means a yearly donation of $300! Sustained donations enable us to expand our services and plan for the future.

Q: Once I’ve made an online gift, how can I make changes to my account (i.e. change amount, change my credit card number)?
A: Please call our office at (580) 816-5070 or email us at [email protected]. If we receive your change prior to the month’s processing deadline we can easily make the change effective for that month. If not, it’ll take effect the next month. Your participation in the STEP UP GEM Program shall remain in effect until you notify (in writing) STEP UP that you wish to end this agreement and STEP UP and your bank have a reasonable time to act on it. Please notify STEP UP promptly of any credit card changes. You can change or stop your automatic monthly giving at any time by contacting STEP UP.
Q: What if I need to stop giving. Can I stop whenever I want?
A: Of course! Just call (580) 816-5070 or email us at [email protected]. Your cancellation will take place the same month, or the following month, depending upon when we receive your call.
Q: Will I receive verification of my donations for tax purposes?
A: All monthly donors will receive a letter at the beginning of each year reflecting the prior year’s total contributions. This letter is typically mailed in February.
