Bring Your Own Queer (BYOQ) is a San Francisco-based community arts organization that fosters greater understanding between disparate segments of the LGBTQ community and our allies by hosting free and low-cost community events that promote accessibility, diversity and inclusion. BYOQ annually hosts the fall Bring Your Own Queer Festival, a free daytime queer arts festival in Golden Gate Park’s Bandshell featuring local and national queer artists. We also offer a monthly Queer Arts Mixer and other free or low-cost queer arts programs that foster connectivity within the LGBTQ community.
