In Pranayama II Chris prepares us for the experience of deep meditation through breath work. You will learn and practice purification techniques which are designed to make your pranayama practice more effective and easier on the internal and external systems. Through practice we will experience how these techniques provoke a calm alert mind that is ripe for meditation.
Knowledge of basic pranayama techniques is recommended however if you do not have a current pranayama practice this series will help you establish one. Experience is not necessary. All techniques offered in this workshop will be reviewed and taught in detail. There will be meditation in every session. There will also be many breath suspensions so please clear with your medical professional if appropriate.
