The drop-in sittings are an opportunity to support your practice and sit together with other sangha members and a Practice Leader in a relaxed atmosphere. There is no fixed suggested donation, but an opportunity to practice dana, or generosity, to the Center. Monday & Thursday are appropriate for all levels. Others are led by peer facilitators, so we recommend meditation experience. No need to attend orientation first.
You will be asked to specify the event(s) at the end of the transaction.
Open Community Practice: Monday 5:30-6:45pm; Tuesday & Thursday 7:45-8:30am; Friday 5:45-6:30.
Groups: Sangha of Service and Advocacy, Queer/Trans Group, Parents Group, Chronic Illness Dharma Group, Ongoing practice groups
