Our 9th annual basket auction will take place on Saturday, June 5th at the VFW in Manville. Please pre-order your tickets and raffles for ease of check-in. We spent many hours planning how to make our event both fun and safe.
Our first change includes a completely virtual option. For $50 you can purchase an $80 value pack of tickets. We will email a copy of your numbers so you can watch our drawing and see what baskets you win. You will not be able to choose the baskets we drop the tickets in. It will be a surprise. You can then either pick up your winnings during our pick up times on Sunday or contact us to make special arrangements to pick up your winnings.
Your next option is to choose a time slot to drop off your tickets. We will be offering staggered start times with a time limit to stop in and drop your tickets into the baskets you want to win. There are two choices for each start time. First choice includes a full value pack with 1 sheet of 25 tickets for each of our four levels, plus two grand prize tickets, ($80 value) for $60. Your entrance ticket does not include seating. This is a drop off only. The second choice includes a value pack with a sheet of 10 tickets for each of our four levels of prizes and one grand prize ticket. This does not include seating. $25 for a $33 value. Once you select a time slot, you can purchase extra raffle tickets by reselecting the Registration/Ticket Button, then check out.
Please look carefully at our start time options. Each start time has limited quantities available.
At this time we are offering limited seating for those who choose the 6pm start time. The price will be $100 for the 6pm seating and includes one full value pack. You can bring your own food and beverages, we will not provide ANY food or beverage the night of the event. If the state mandates any changes we will adapt and may either add more seats or provide refunds accordingly.
Pre-purchase extra raffle tickets today and save time the day of the event. Select the Registration/Ticket button after you select a time. All of your tickets will be registered to your name. Our drawing will be broadcast live on facebook and our website and all of the numbers will be posted on our website. We will know who won each basket and if you miss the drawing you can check our website. IF you have technical difficulties will contact you and make sure you receive your prize. We will send out the program with the basket list ahead of time so you can plan which baskets you wish to drop your tickets into. If you are signing up additional guests, please provide their emails to enable us to communicate updates with them.
New this year we will be hosting three activities with the ability to win instantly. A spinning wheel game, a wine pull, and a lottery tree game. Each game will be $10 to play.
Prize pick up will be Sunday June 6, 2021, starting at 12pm. If you win more than one prize we will have all of your baskets at the first drop off time. Timeline will look something like this:
12pm- All winners of White baskets 1-75
1pm All winners of Green baskets 1-75
2pm- All winners of Pink Baskets 1-75
3pm- All winners of Blue baskets 1-75
4pm - All grand prize winners
You must be able to pick up your baskets on Sunday. If the times are difficult for you to manage please reach out to us, to work out a better time slot. Again if you won more than one basket, all of your baskets will be with your fist time slot. These numbers may be adjusted if we have more than 75 baskets per level as we have in the past.
