The USPS Business Customer Gateway (BCG) is undergoing a REDESIGN! The Business Customer Gateway is a secure portal that provides a single entry point for Postal Service online business services. Users can access Intelligent Mail products and services, generate postage forms, facility access and shipment tracking, Mailer IDS, eInduction and much more.
The BCG is undergoing a complete redesign to make navigating easier, centralize tasks and add in some new functions. This program will be important for both existing users of the BCG and new users. Our speaker will guide participants through understanding how the new layout is configured and how to make the most of the new framework and utilize the new functions.
