Ongoing donations are the HEARTBEAT of any non-profit. Your monthly donation along with others is multiplied quickly. It doesn't matter how much you give monthly, any monthly donation makes a huge difference! We use our ongoing donations to:
Support our beloved Trisker Orphanage in Boquete, Panama, selected examples:
Pay for a full-time teacher-missionary.
Do building projects as needed. In the past, we have supported building a playground and teenage girls dorm. Fully funded and built for pregnant teenage girls a classroom with a 21-member mission team.
Purchase baby items, cribs, high chairs, and clothes.
Purchase medications and furniture.
Facilitate mission teams (team members pay for their own travel) to be the hands and feet of Christ to paint, build, provide VBS, do devotions for staff, cook, play, take kids out, provide special devotions for teenage girls that are pregnant, sing, and much more.
Provide emergency funds to add temporary staff when children are sick.
Support two international orphanages financially - Hayley's House in Tanzania and Danita's Children in Haiti. This helps to buy food, household goods, sheets, computers, and other items.
Support Making a New Way, a foster child program in Northwest La. selected examples:
Provide scholarships for foster children to participate in a mentor-driven equestrian program at Holly Hill Farm to build confidence and self-esteem.
Provide financial support for small building projects, such as horse pens, chicken coops, gardening tools, etc.
Support foster care in Northwest La.
Fund scholarships for Royal Family Kids Camp.
Give gift cards to families in need of food, clothes, etc.
Helped Geaux Bags buy shelves when they were starting out.
Comarca Feeding Program
Through a Dobbins, Foundation grant feed 700 school children on an annual basis.
Ongoing support for 4 families with special needs children.
