Paired with Latour Ardeche Chardonnay (no oak)

2nd Course: Dry Sauteed/Pepper Shrimp w/shell ON, Cumin Sparerib (pork), Mala Dry Pot Chicken & Fish Fillet, Sichuan Crispy Green Bean, Yang Chose Fried Rice
Paired with Stephane Aviron Beaujolais-Villages Rouge
Vegetarian Option: Sichuan Garlic Eggplant, Dried bean curd w/shiitake mushroom, Budda's Delight (veggies), Drypot Loot Root/Turnip Cake and vegetarian TOFU fried rice
3rd Course: Coconut Red Bean Cake

Meal and wine pick up will take place on the day of the event between 4:30pm and 5:45pm at Lucky Bamboo China Bistro, 5855 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209 (Next to K&S World Market on the hill). Pick up instructions, reheating, & login details will be sent to registered participants closer to the event date. Participants will be required to show a valid form of ID at pick up to comply with TN State liquor laws.

About our speakers:
Dr. Ming Wang
Dr. Wang is a world-renowned laser eye surgeon, philanthropist, & co-founder of the non-profit Common Ground Network. As a teenager, Ming left China during the Cultural Revolution for America with only $50 to his name. Since then, he has earned two doctorate degrees, one in laser physics and one in medicine.
