Session Learning Objectives:

At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:

• Program participants will be able to cite state-level immunization disparity data related to the LGBTQ population.

• Program participants will be prepared to identify barriers to immunizations that lead to these disparities. 

• Program participants will then be able to utilize promising practices and proven strategies to reach the LGBTQ patient population with immunization information
