Supporting Transitions

To honor Phyllis’s dedication and friendship, donations can be made to support the Transitions program. There are two ways to donate:

1) Make an online donation with a credit card by clicking the donate button below. The Foundation does not take any fee, however there is a small credit card processing fee for this convenience.

2) Mail a check made out to: Fauquier Excellence In Education Foundation

Transitions is a community-based program that supports Fauquier County Public Schools’ special education students ages 18-22 by providing hands-on work experience and life-skills as they transition to life after high school.
