Steps for Stress Challenge
Lace up your walking shoes and start walking!
Steps for stress challenge begins, May 1, 2021 and runs until May 16th.
1) Create a team or join one!
2) Raise money for your team. The team that raises the most money at the end of the steps for stress challenge, wins.
3) Invite your friends and family to join
4) The team that walks the most steps at the end of the steps for stress challenge wins!
5) The induvial who walks the most steps, wins!
All donations and money raised from our steps for stress challenge will go towards our Mental Health Summit and our BEE University.
All donations rules to only what the foundation receives from team verified on website
How does it work?
1) On May 14th, participants can begin walking in a fun and safe way. Snap a few photos along the way, of places people might not know about.
2) Log your steps each day, in a excel spreadsheet.
3) Share your photos online, using the hashtags #StepsforStressChallenge #BEEDaring and tag us @Beedaringfoundation on FB or Instagram
4) At the end of the month, email us your excel spreadsheet along with your team name at firstname.lastname@example.org
Rules for walking
1. Team must select a leaders to keep accountable
2 all walkers must have proof of steps on phone showing stop and finished times
Winners will be announced in June!
