Resist Refuse Dynamics (RRD) are activated during Therapeutic Interventions (TI's). Activated Resist Refuse is difficult for clinicians to manage. The presentation examines how RRD factors are activated, and how TI's can be organized to minimize treatment resistance. The workshop also examines how psycho-legal and clinical issues interface when TI activated RRD cannot be resolved.
