Celebrating Creativity and Bridging the Opportunity Gap
We are getting excited about camp Summer 2023!
Who: Children ages 6-12 years old
When: Weeks 7/3 through 8/7, Monday-Friday from 9 am-3 pm (with the exception of the week of 7/3 when camp is closed on 7/4)
Where: The mornings begin at The Church on 48 Madison Street and then we walk the children to the First Presbyterian Church (also known as the Old Whaler's Church) on 44 Union Street (half a block away) for lunch and afternoon programming.
Cost: $1000 per week (except week of 7/3 it's $800 because camp is not held on 7/4). For a sibling discount, please use the promo code SIBLINGS at checkout. All payments are refundable through May 1st, less a 5% administrative fee. To sponsor an underserved camper, please e-mail [email protected].
For $11/day you can have lunch delivered to your child at camp. There is a selection of different dishes, such as, chicken nuggets, grilled Cheese, egg salad sandwich, cheese quesadilla, hamburger, turkey sandwich, hot dog, mac and cheese,
All dishes come with a fruit or a veggie, such as carrots, apple, strawberries, or fruit salad.
For "Registrant" put your own name and for "Participant" put your camper's name when registering.
Additional Camp Details:
Each day will bring new exciting projects that will include drawing, painting, printmaking, mask making, beading, pottery, sculpture, sewing, collage, slime making, cooking, planting, water play, and outdoor games.
Past projects have included making dog beds for animal shelters, preparing food for pantries, and making greeting cards for nursing home residents etc.
